Born in Italy in 1989, he moved to Milan where, after graduating from Bocconi University, he began his career in management consulting for banks and insurance companies. Over the years, he has developed solid expertise in the bancassurance sector, supporting banks in executing digital transformation programs and enabling omnichannel processes. He joined Firstance in 2026 as Chief of the Project Department for all Group entities, where he is responsible for the Project and Marketing divisions
