Born in Italy in 1990, Federico Landini graduated in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Pavia. He has extensive experience in financial analysis and transaction services, beginning his career in a big four as auditor. In 2017, he joined an independent company specializing in consultancy and services to support extraordinary operations and quickly rose to Senior Manager in Transaction Services. 
He specializes in providing consultancy for private equity, corporate clients and financial institutions leading transaction services (mainly Financial Due Diligence). 
In 2023 he joined Firstance as Chief Financial Officer; after the acquisition of Gatsby & White, he is now Group Chief Financial Officer. His responsibilities include preparation of year end Group Financial Statements and monthly internal reporting for Management and Shareholders, capital budgeting, coordination and monitoring of AFC functions and activities (at Group level), management of relations with consulting, auditing firms, and legal advisors, coordination of M&A processes.
