Born in 1976, French and Swiss national, Julien Martin-Rosset began his career in the consulting field. After playing an important role at Rolex Switzerland, he entered the financial world, first at Banque Pictet & CIE and then at Banque Clariden Leu. In 2011, he became Senior Relationship Manager, Head of Sales, and Head of the Geneva Office at Lombard International Assurance S.A., where he worked for a decade, focusing on complex cross-border wealth planning solutions. He led sales and distribution dedicated to the Swiss financial market with an increased focus on regulation and compliance. Since 2021, he has been Managing Partner at Gatsby & White SA, bringing extensive knowledge in private banking and expertise in addressing the wealth planning needs of high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals. He is now one of the partners at Firstance, in charge of the management of the Swiss and French Market
