Born in Italy in 1965, Giuseppe Frascà began his career in financial and insurance distribution with experiences at Zurich and RAS groups, being active in the insurance brokerage sector.
In 2001, he founded Farad International Luxembourg and, from the same year, held executive positions in the company, which was among the first to introduce unit-linked and index-linked products promoted by European companies pioneering the Freedom to Provide Services in Italy.
In 2010, he founded Firstance and, from that year, served as both CEO and later as Chairman and Board Member.
From 2007 to 2010, he served as Chairman of the Permanent Technical Committee on Private Insurance, established within AIPB (Italian Private Banking Association). He is also a lecturer at training schools in Italy and the Canton of Ticino, and a speaker at conferences on the subject organized by banks and insurance companies. Since 2015, he has been a lecturer in the Master’s program for Family Offices organized by AIFO
