As a Relationship Manager you will be part of the Client & Partner Services team and you will manage client files in collaboration with the sales team and our external partners. As a tech wizard you will leverage your technical skills to manage data and create insightful reports for the Client & Partner Services team.

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Manage daily operations of a portfolio of clients from inception to closing.
  • Oversee due diligence checks on client files in close collaboration with the Compliance department.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a new platform for international entities. Collaborate with IT to address system bugs and enhance efficiency based on Client Services feedback.
  • Take a proactive role in process improvements and operational efficiency jointly with the head of client services.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to various departments, the Management Committee, the Board, regulators, and other entities within the group. Responsible for reporting client data and policies to international entities.
  • Monitor client alerts generated by the daily screening system and ensure appropriate follow-up.
  • Support the Finance and Compliance teams by providing business and client-related insights as needed.
  • Ensure all procedures comply with CAA requirements, with the expectation of obtaining a CAA license upon joining.
  • Manage and report the pipeline to private banks, acting as the first point of contact and ensuring the centralization of all relevant information

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • You are a dynamic team player, you are precise and can work independently.
  • You build sustainable relationships and act with professionalism.
  • You have at least 5 years’ of experience in the insurance sector.
  • You have a perfect knowledge of French, good knowledge of English and an additional language (Spanish, Dutch, German, Italian, Finnish, Swedish ….).
  • Tech Savvy: You have experience with data extraction, management, and reporting tools. You demonstrate strong proficiency in Excel and an affinity for IT-related tasks to support operational efficiency and digital initiatives.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You thrive on finding creative solutions to challenges.
  • Excellent Communication: You can explain complex technical concepts in a way that anyone can understand.
  • Team Player: You enjoy working with others to achieve common goals.
